Costs for a day pass are € 20.00 per person, which are available at the reception of Van Der Valk.

The thermostat only works when the room key card is inserted into the power box.
You can adjust the room temperature by pressing the top buttons on the thermostat until the display flashes. You can now change the temperature.
The minimum room temperature is 18 degrees, and the maximum room temperature is 24 degrees.
The temperature in the room will change within about 30 to 45 minutes.

You can check in at our hotel starting at 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Subject to availability, late check-out is possible for an additional fee of €10.00 per hour, up to a maximum of 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Please ask at our front desk about the options.

When you book a hotel stay, you automatically agree to our houserules.
Smoking is not permitted in your hotel room. If we determine that smoking has occurred and/or the smoke detector has been tampered with, we will immediately remove you from the hotel. In addition, we will be forced to charge you a €150.00 cleaning fee. If the fire alarm is triggered by smoking in the room, the fire department’s call-out fee of €275.00 will be charged to you.
If you fail to comply with our house rules, we reserve the right to remove you from our hotel.
In any cases not covered by these regulations, the management of Van der Valk Hotel Rotterdam-Blijdorp will make the final decision.
