Frequently Asked Questions: Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging

• Is there free parking at the hotel?

  Yes, you can park for free in some areas of the car park in front of the hotel and at the side, between David Lloyd and the hockey pitch. If there are no spaces available here, you can park in the Diergaarde Blijdorp car park (behind the barrier). An exit ticket for this is available from our reception for €4.00.

• Is it possible to reserve a parking space?

  No, unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a parking space.
  
  The free parking spaces are always subject to availability. If these are full, you can park in the Diergaarde Blijdorp car park at a reduced rate.

• Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

  Yes, the hotel has six electric charging points, located near the entrance, where you can easily charge your electric car. There are also additional charging facilities available in the immediate vicinity. There are also a few charging points on the grounds of Blijdorp Zoo.

• Is there a shuttle service available?

  No, there is no shuttle service available from the hotel.

  We do, however, offer a shuttle service when you book the Park, Sleep & Fly package. This includes transport to and from Rotterdam The Hague Airport or to and from the cruise terminal.
