Reservation guarantee
When you make a reservation we will ask for your credit card to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will only be used as guarantee when you arrive after 18.00h. If you do not have a credit card your reservation will be guaranteed until 18.00h. If you however wish to guarantee your reservation for a late arrival after 18.00h, you should transfer the reservation sum in due course. In case of a guarantee until 18.00h we can cancel the reservation if you have not checked in by 18.00h. 

Payment guarantee
At check-in a guarantee for payment of the room will be required. In case of a credit card guarantee we will make an authorisation of the total reservation value, including € 50.00 deposit. If no further costs are made during your stay with us the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
